QuickBooks® Cleanup Major cleanup with sweeping revisions -- It's our favorite part of this business. Please don't misunderstand; We
don't celebrate the worry or other negatives you've experienced while your accounting fell into a worse and worse
state. We do, however, really anticipate that moment when we can say, "We're done and your financial write-up is now in
good shape."
When you neglect your accounting chores or commit accounting mistakes, it will, over time, create a real QuickBooks®
mess. We are proficient and can fix some major problems pretty quickly, using QuickBooks® "tricks of the trade."
Other problems require slogging through until they're resolved. Regardless of the time required, though,
accomplishing the cleanup is critically important. You must create a solid base from which to move forward.
QuickBooks® Training At your option, we can train you in better procedures and leave future accounting work to you. Still, you'll
probably require telephone consultations and/or reviews of your company file from time to time, which we'll
promptly provide.
While we can't transform you into an accountant, we can certainly add to your understanding. And, we will leave
behind examples of good, solid financial write-up for you to follow. In many cases, you can just continue the work
in a similar manner. For example, suppose you use ABC Payroll Service to write your employee paychecks. You need to
mirror the payroll service's activities in QuickBooks®. We'll create one memorized General Journal Entry (GJE) to
handle posting payroll and another to remit withholding and employer-side expenses. Each memo line of the memorized
GJEs will tell you what information goes in the debit or credit column to the left.
QuickBooks® Maintenance You might prefer that we continue recording your business activities, either in your office or by remote,
electronic means. The advantage of this arrangement is that it frees you to concentrate on your core business needs.
QuickBooks® Troubleshooting If you've done a good overall job of recordkeeping, but you've encountered a real stumbling block, we can take care of
just that one problem for you. We've seen quite a few QuickBooks® company files and, while yours is unique,
there are common elements. We can locate and correct your bugaboo.
QuickBooks® Review For those who aren't sure if their QuickBooks® records are up to par, we'll conduct a review of the company
file and make recommendations and/or corrections. You'll find your business interactions with us to be friendly and
courteous.
